really good stay with great amenities

The room was spacious. It included a fridge! ice and water machines were conveniently located near the elevators. the hotel provided umbrellas in the foyer and i found those very useful. i really appreciated the short walk to the coop and family mart.

The lobby area tended to be quite noisy and a bit messy, especially considering the hotel's 4-star rating. The check-in process took more than 30 minutes.

the hotel is ideally located near many attractions. access to the subway is immediate. the hotel allows for easy travel to various destinations throughout the area though the parking was expensive!

the staff members were helpful and friendly. they addressed my concerns efficiently! particularly when i had trouble with the in-room safe. the staff provided excellent assistance at all times.
